DELIVERY

*Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in delivery time depending on postal services in respective countries. *

We provide  WORLDWIDE SHIPPING to 44 destinations (Click here for the full list of covered countries). All of our products will be posted by regular air mail, you will be provided with a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched. Once we have completed your order, they are expected to arrive at their destinations within 7- 14 working days. If you would prefer your package be sent via Express Post or insured, please let us know in the specific requests and requirements.

 

Please ensure that the postal address and email provided at checkout is correct. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

The cost of shipping is BEFORE DUTIES & TAXES.  Any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations shall be borne by the recipient of the parcel, hence it is advisable that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We sincerely hope our customers will enjoy each and every piece of our jewellery. As each item is made-to-order, we unfortunately are not able to accept refunds or exchanges. Please be noted that we advise our customers to closely examine the piece of jewellery and ensure ring size using our Ring Size Chart upon making purchase. We have utmost confidence in our designers and craftsman, and we hope you’ll feel the same for them.

If you have received a wrong item, please contact us with your order no. at info@freshrecollection.com and we will get back to you within 3 business days. Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 20 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Please send us the product via your local post office using registered air/local mail. We will have the shipping cost refunded to you.
